Fortinos – Fuel for Kids Fundraiser

Dear Parents/ Caregivers,

On Thursday September 28^th, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., please bring your family, friends, neighbours, and an appetite to Fortinos 54 Wilson St W, Ancaster, ON L9G 1N2 to meet professional race car driver Dave Connelly, along with his car (a great opportunity for photos), and to enjoy a barbeque dinner.

Volunteers from Rousseau School, along with the Fortinos’ Team and Dave Connelly’s team, will be running this BBQ where every dollar spent will go directly to Rousseau School because all of the food has been generously donated!!

At the BBQ, Piller’s Sausages, Hot Dogs, and “Snack packages- which will include: a drink, and snacks etc.” will be sold for $5.00. Again, all of the food is donated, so every dollar raised goes directly to Rousseau!!

During the BBQ, raffle tickets will also be sold with the prize being (2) spots to attend a day with Dave learning to drive one of his actual 500hp stock cars at a real race track…..This prize has been donated by Dave Connelly and Fortinos and the prize will be drawn at the end of this year’s Food For Kids Tour.

On this same day, Rousseau students will also have a visit from Dave Connelly, along with his race car, where Dave will do a presentation to the students about race care safety.

We sincerely thank the Fortinos’ Team and Dave Connelly’s team for supporting this fundraising event for Rousseau School and are all looking forward to it!!
