Staff Changes at Spring VAlley

It is with some mixed emotion that I announce the retirement of Mr. Davy, one of our Gr. 4/5 teachers, at the end of February. Mr. Davy has been a long-time staff member at Queen’s Rangers and has been an important part of our transition to Spring Valley. I know our students and staff will miss him, but we wish him all the best happiness in his retirement.

Ms. Mancini, who is presently our Teacher-Librarian and prep teacher, will be taking over for Mr. Davy at the beginning of March.

The position of prep teacher and Teacher-Librarian will be filled by Ms. Imeru-Duhlaku. She will be familiar to many of the former Bray community, as she worked as a Kindergarten LTO last year.

We want to congratulate Ms. Mancini and Ms. Duhlaku on their appointments.

Finally, Ms. McDonald, our LRT, has had her baby. Both mom and baby are doing well. For the remainder of the year, her position will be covered by Mr. Baggetta. We welcome him to Spring Valley.
