Dear Parents/Guardians,

The Research & Analytics Department is currently conducting an evaluation of Recess Guardians, a program that your school recently participated in which taught students in select classrooms games they could play during recess. An important part of the program evaluation is collecting feedback from parents/guardians of students at the school to learn more about any impact the Recess Guardians program is having.

The survey asks questions about your child[ren]’s experiences during recess and is open to parents/guardians of all students at this school, even if their class did not take part in the Recess Guardians program.

The survey will not ask for names and is anonymous. The survey will remain open until June 30, 2023.
