BCSS Vaccination Clinic

Hamilton Public Health Services will be holding a vaccine clinic at Bernie Custis Secondary School on Monday January 15, 2024. This is not a COVID vaccine clinic. These clinics are an opportunity to update records and/or receive missing routine childhood vaccinations.

What you need to know

• View vaccine records and/or report vaccines by visiting: www.hamilton.ca/vaccines

        or call Hamilton Public Health Services: 905-540-5250

• On the clinic day wear a short-sleeved shirt and eat breakfast
• Did you receive a vaccine reminder letter? If so, bring it to the clinic with your yellow vaccine card if you have one
• Failure to receive required vaccinations can result in future suspension.
