Parent Portal access and forms completion

We are aware that many parents and caregivers throughout HWDSB are experiencing difficulty with accessing the Parent Portal to report absences through Safe Arrivals and receive information and messages through School Messenger. We have been working with the HWDSB support team to solve this issue. They have let us know that with the recent update to the software parents are no longer able to use the app to access information and report absences. Please ensure that you are using a browser as the app is no longer supported.

We would appreciate it if parents would please complete the student forms now available on the parent portal.

These include:

         -Student Information Verification

         -Emergency Closure Information

         -Consent to photograph/Media Use Consent (look under Permissions Agreement)

         -Nutrition Break Program  (permission to leave the school building during Nutrition Breaks)
