School Access fro Student Materials

Parents/Guardians:

Tomorrow the Board will be posting a schedule for allowing access to the school to retrieve student materials, clothes, etc. These times will be at follows:

Friday, June 5 – 9am-3pm

Monday, June 8 – 2pm-8pm

Tuesday, June 9 – 9am-3pm

Wednesday, June 10 – 2pm-8pm

Please make sure that you keep to your scheduled time. All identified student materials have been bagged and labelled. The bags will be on desks in the classroom with the student name. You will enter from the main door, but will exit from the alternate doors. Parents/guardians of Kindergarten students will leave by the Kindergarten doors. Parents/guardians of older grades will leave either by the doors by the office or the doors at the end of the Primary hall to the playground. This will avoid any congestion at the main doors. Please make sure that you adhere to all guidelines pertaining to your health and social distancing.
