Decision
A Board of Trustees meeting will be held on Monday, May 12, 2014 at Hamilton City Hall Council Chambers for Trustees to make a decision on West Glanbrook regarding the recommendations in the ARC Report and Director’s Report. The Standing Committee for decision starts at 6 p.m.
A Board of Trustees meeting will then be held on Monday, May 26, 2014 at Hamilton City Hall Council Chambers for Trustees to ratify the decision on West Glanbrook. The Board Meeting for ratification immediately follows Special Standing Committee which immediately follows Special Board starting at 5:30 p.m.

Delegations
West Glanbrook Delegation Night will take place on Monday, April 07, 2014 6 to 10 p.m. at Hamilton City Hall Council Chambers. A special public meeting will be held to receive public input from delegations regarding the Director’s Report and the ARC Report. Delegates must register by 12:00 noon Monday, April 07. Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) is holding public meetings for the West Glanbrook accommodation review to provide an opportunity for the public to ask questions and to review the staff recommendation for the area. An accommodaton review takes into account school space, programming and possible school closures.
