Families Worrying Less Together!
This program is for parents and primary caregivers and children do not attend. Our Parent/Caregiver Information Sessions will be January 25th, 2022, at 1pm to 2 pm and 6 pm to 7 pm.
The information sessions will be via MS Teams. To register, parents/caregivers are to click on the link at the bottom of the flyer here:

We look forward to running these Parent/ Primary Caregiver Groups virtually. The groups run on Monday and Tuesday evenings and during the day. The day group will run from 10:00 am to noon. It is a six-session group.
