East Hamilton City 2

The six elementary schools included in the East Hamilton City 2 accommodation review consist of Elizabeth Bagshaw, Glen Brae, Glen Echo, Lake Avenue, Sir Isaac Brock, and Sir Wilfrid Laurier, all of which graduate into Glendale Secondary School, (French Immersion students graduate into Sherwood Secondary School). All of the schools included in the accommodation review serve mature residential neighbourhoods of East Hamilton City 2.

The accommodation review study area runs east from the Red Hill Parkway to Centennial Parkway and is bordered to the north by Lake Ontario and south by the escarpment. In 1998, Hamilton School Board and Wentworth County School Board amalgamated and since this time, the six schools have been operated by HWDSB.
