New Summit Park School Childcare Registration Package

If your child will be attending the new Summit Park school in September and will require before and/or after school care please complete and forward completed registration to the Tapleytown School office and we will forward it to the Umbrella Family and Child Centre staff who are responsible for the before and after-care programs at the new Summit Park school.
