Transition Planning for the new school on the Summit Park site

To help relieve accommodation pressure in upper Stoney Creek, HWDSB will be opening the new school on the Summit Park site in September 2019.

A Transition Committee is being formed to support a smooth transition of students who will be attending this new school in September. Members of the Transition Committee will be meeting on:

6 p.m.

Families are welcome to come to this meeting to observe the discussions and learn about plans for next year.
