Osler’s Spring Open House May 4th 5-630pm
Good Afternoon SWO families!
We are excited to see everyone at our Spring Open House on Thursday May 4th 5pm-630pm. Students must attend Open House with a parent/guardian/adult for safety and supervision purposes.
** Please ensure you visit your child(ren)’s classrooms to say hi to staff, view student work, and retrieve the SCAVENGER HUNT card from the top of your child’s desk.
1. Please bring non-perishable food items to support the Dundas food bank (drop off in front office).
2. Visit the Scholastic Book Fair in the Learning Commons.
3. Follow the Story Time Trail along our outdoor field fence. Featuring “The Things Lou Couldn’t Do” -17 card story that can be read in sequence on the card (or by scanning the QR codes on the card). Activity suggestions included on codes.
4. Visit the gymnasium for the LOST & FOUND (items will be donated after open house if not picked up, the SNACK TABLE (chips, drinking boxes, donuts from Sweet Paradise $ cash only), and STUDENT ART FOR SALE (watercolour cards). *The gym will not be open for other activities or unsupervised students.
5. Say hello to our community firefighters and visit the firetruck (the fire truck will be on an active shift, should the need arise they will prioritize emergency calls).
