• If a parent submitted a paper order previously and wants to change to ship to home, they just need to e-mail at [email protected].  They would then just have to pay $4.99 for the shipping fee and the order will be processed and sent out to their homes directly.
• Edge Imaging’s online ordering site remains open. Those who wish to purchase products are welcome to place orders at edgeimaging.ca/order; orders will be shipped to home with a reduced rate of $4.99.
• If a parent submitted a paper order previously and choose the ship to school method, those orders are still currently waiting for schools to reopen.  We are only able to process online orders at this time.
• Edge Imaging’s customer care is also available to assist parents via email at [email protected]; the more details you provide – full name, portrait codes, school codes, and student number – the more efficiently Edge will be able to assist you.
