Recalls of EpiPen and EpiPen Jr Auto Injectors

Effective April 1, 2017, Pfizer Canada recalls two lots of EpiPen / EpiPen Jr auto-injectors (0.3 mg and 0.15 mg epinephrine) due to possible device failure.  Please visit the Health Canada website for further information.  If your child has an EpiPen, please be sure to check the lot numbers.
