Valedictorian Submissions 2021 – deadline June 9th
Are you interested in running for Valedictorian for the class of 2021? Here’s what you need to know:
- You will need to record a “nomination video” — a short speech in which you encourage your classmates to vote for you by explaining why you are a good choice while demonstrating your amazing public speaking skills! Please note: Your video must adhere to the rules outlined in the PDF attached. Submissions that do not follow these requirements will automatically be disqualified!
- You can refer to last year’s candidate videos for an example of what a successful video looks like by visiting the following link: https://tv.commons.hwdsb.on.ca/media/2020-saltfleet-valedictorian-speeches/
- Nomination videos can be sent via e-mail to Ms. Lindal at [email protected]; Video submissions will be accepted until 4PM on June 9th — no late submissions will be considered!
