Daily Covid 19 Screening
Dear Ray Lewis Families,
This year we will be asking students to show their teachers that they have passed the daily screener each day.
Please see the process below and review the attached daily screening verification log.
Daily Screening Procedure for Students:
For the first few month’s staff will be checking student screeners upon entry of their class each day.

Teachers are asked to send home a copy of the screening log and parents are to send it back signed each day. (see screening log attached). Daily COVID-19 Screening Verification Log
Staff will notify the office if a student has not completed the screening (parent signature).
Students will remain in their classroom until the office can connect with home and obtain verbal confirmation that the student has passed the screener.
