Reminder for elementary students returning to school Feb. 8, 2021

This is an important reminder for elementary students heading back to school in person tomorrow.

We are excited to welcome students back and want to ensure that this is a safe and positive milestone. Please remember to complete the daily screen for your child at hwdsb.info/screen

Due to the time away from school, please complete the screen on Monday considering how your child felt from January 25 to February 8.

If you answer Yes to any questions, the student has failed the screening and must not attend school. Please follow the steps outlined in the screening tool. If you need to schedule a COVID-19 test, you may do so through www.HamiltonCovidTest.ca.
