Immunizations

Recently, families will have received a screening letter and notice of possible suspension from Public Health.  This letter outlines the vaccines that are currently missing from their child’s records.

Parents are urged to contact Pulbic Health to update their child’s records with Public Health as soon as possible or reach out to them for support.
