Students will be going to the Ontario Science Centre where they will be exploring career opportunities within the Arts and Creative sectors. Students will listen to a panel of Arts professionals who will share their experience, schooling, and learning to help inform them of career opportunities.

The music department will be going on an excursion to Toronto. The bus leaves the school at 10:30am and returns back to the school at 8:00pm. The students will be attending the Mirvish musical production, "Come From Away" at the Royal Alexandra Theatre (260 King Street West). Repertoire students will be doing a review of the show as part of their curriculum studies.

Mrs. Gray-Wraight's period 5 TPJ4M1 class will be going to the Cotton Factory to complete their required SHSM certifications.

Ms. Kopanka's ELS201 Empowered English class and Mr. Hutton's GLE101 Empowered Math class will be going to the Artisan Market at Gage Park in Hamilton. There the students will be working in groups to budget out the cost of a craft before creating it. Once the craft is complete they will try to sell it to their classmates by writing a descriptive ad that provides more information about what they created.
