January 2021 – Principal’s Message

We are nearly one month into the 2021. I would like to acknowledge the fantastic work and resilience our community has shown as we have moved to remote learning for the time being. Remote learning presents many challenges for our students, families and staff and everyone has met these challenges head-on.  

Remember that we are here to support during the shut–down. Please be in touch with your child’s teacher or you can call or email the school if you have any questions or concerns. 

Mme Giles and I have enjoyed seeing many faces virtually when we have popped into classrooms on MS Teams. We are looking forward to welcoming our students and staff back to school once Public Health and the Ministry of Education finds it safe to return to in-person learning.

2021-2022 Draft School Year Calendar

The HWDSB is in the process of developing its school year calendars for 2021-2022.  They are seeking public input regarding the draft calendars and would appreciate your participation in a survey. Please visit the HWDSB blog to complete the survey. It will be available until February 26th.
