Winter Art Show Save the Date

Lost & Found Update- Our lost and found room is overflowing with items. Please encourage your children to stop by and have a look. All unclaimed items will be donated at the end of October.

Upcoming Important Dates:

Oct. 27th – Dress Purple Day- On Dress Purple Day, we celebrate the community that cares for families and share the message that help is available and no one is alone. Dress Purple Day offers an opportunity to raise awareness among children and youth, including elementary students, about their right to safety and well-being in all spaces. This year, Dress Purple Day will take place on Thursday, October 27, 2022. We are calling on all Ontarians to wear something purple to show children, youth, and families that they are here to help!

Oct. 31st – Halloween- costumes are welcome, however, please no masks. Treats can be brought, however, they must be individually wrapped and not contain allergens.

Nov 6th- Daylight Savings Ends. Adjust your clocks Saturday night! Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at 2:00 A.M. At this time, we “fall back” one hour!

Nov 7th- Pizza Day begins every Monday starting November 7th. Ordering and payment will be available via school cash online starting October 26th. All orders must be in BEFORE November 1st. 

Volunteers Wanted To Help With Pizza Days

School Council shall begin to do Pizza Days every Monday starting on Monday, Nov 7th. We need caregivers to support with this by organizing, delivering, and handing out pizza orders. Time commitment would be no more than an hour. If you are free, we could use your help. All volunteers must complete an application form and get a vulnerable sector screening: Get a Background Check | Hamilton Police Service. This can take some time so please initiate immediately.
