Terry Fox Run – Friday, September 23, 2022

On Friday, September 23, 2022, Lincoln Alexander School will be participating in our annual Terry Fox Run!

Terry Fox had a dream to find a cure for cancer. Even though we are not there yet, his dream lives on and we can make a difference by giving to this worthy cause. Our school has participated in this event for over 20 years! Families are welcome to make an online donation by going to www.terryfox.ca/LincolnAlexanderSchHamilton or if you would prefer, you can send in a “toonie for Terry”, with your child instead.

Together, our school community can help fund cancer reasearch and support Terry’s dream!

The run will take place at the back of the school beginning at 10:45 a.m. It is also our first Spirit Day of the year, so please wear red and/or white in honour of Terry and Canada. Remember to dress appropriately for the weather and bring a water bottle. The rain date will be Monday, September 26th.
