Last Chance to Pick Up Student Belongings at the School Before Summer

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

This Thursday is the final opportunity for you to collect any items or personal belongings that your child may have left at the school. Access to the school is taking place on Thursday, June 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Any items remaining after this date will be donated or disposed of. Please find various translations of the steps you will need to follow attached below:

Elementary-Arabic, Elementary-Spanish, Elementary-Urdu, Elementary-Punjabi, Elementary-Serbian, Elementary-French, Elementary-English

In order to pick up belongings you will need to schedule an appointment by visiting our school website and clicking on the “Booking Calendar” option, in the menu at the top of the page, to sign up for a 15-minute visit to the school. Parents/guardians will need to know their child’s homeroom class/teacher. Please ensure the Time Zone on your computer is set to Eastern Time (USA & Canada) before selecting your time.

Elementary students can enter the building with one parent/guardian/caregiver to clean out their locker/cubby. To help families gather their belongings quickly, personal items in each student’s desk will be packed and left in a bag on their desk or in their locker. If a parent has more than one child attending the school, they must book different times for each child.

What Should We Bring With Us?

Teaching and learning continues until June 26th so you should keep books, technology and other things you need at home.  Please bring:

  • any library books/materials that your child won’t need in June
  • something to carry contents of lockers/hooks/cubbies
