School Council

Hi All,

Our first School Council virtual meeting will take place on Thursday October 14, 2021.  This is when we will elect our School Council for the current school year.  If you are interested in one of the roles, Chair Co-Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary, or would like to be a member at large with voting privileges, please complete this form and send it back to the office by Friday October 8, 2021.  School Council Nomination Form.docx

The role of the School Council is to:

• Advise the principal and, where appropriate, the school board.
• Place students’ interest first
• Support school success planning goals
• Encourage parent and community involvement
• Promote positive attitudes towards public education
