Parent Portal

Hello Eastdale Parents,

The deadline for accessing the Parent Portal has been extended to Tuesday August 25th at 12 PM. 

We apologize for the concerns that have caused frustration among some parents accessing their accounts. A team of staff is working to provide access for parents who experienced challenges. Initiating this digital platform will have lasting communication benefits for parents during and beyond COVID-19. 

Activating Passwords:

If you are receiving an error code on the password page when trying to retrieve your password, or the wait time on the email to reset your password is more than 10 minutes, this could indicate that we do not have your email in our system, or the email was entered incorrectly. Please email [email protected], and we will check this detail.

Multiple children not appearing in your Parent Portal:

This has to do with how your email was entered into our Student Information System. One possibility is that not all students are attached to your active email. Please contact [email protected] to connect the students to your active parent email account.
