Class and JK Orientation Information

Due to an influx in our in person attendance planned for the fall, Dundana School is in the process of re-organizing the classes that we built in the spring.  As a result, some teacher assignments, class make ups and student assignments will be changing.

In addition to the changes that need to be made due to system re-organization, we have also been directed to further attempt to cohort students who attend our Before/After School Umbrella Care program.  As such, student class make ups may change quite drastically.

Due to these demands, we will not be accepting any friend/peer requests for class placements.  I apologize if this causes disappointment for your child, however, our priorities are first on maintaining the safety protocols we have been provided.

The homeroom teachers for your child’s new class assignment will be reaching out to families on September 8th and 9th.  They will share important class information and answer any questions you may have about start up.

JK Orientation

For our newest Dundana students entering JK, the Kindergarten team members will reach out to our new K families for an invitation to an ONLINE JK orientation on September 10th.  This will be your opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the program and any changes to expected school routines.  New JK students and one adult will be invited to an optional short, in person tour of the classroom on September 11th.  These will be scheduled by the educator teams on September 8th and 9th.

More information about school routines will be posted on the website tomorrow.

Thank you for your patience as we work to put together all the information needed to start our school year off as safely as we can.
