URGENT: IMPORTANT UPDATES REGARDING STUDENT PICK UP TIMES

Closing Routine – Student Pick Up 

Update Friday June 25th, 2021 

Dear Families 

As you know on Monday June 28th and Tuesday June 29th, families will be able to collect student items and must return loaned iPads.  Because of recent updates that we have received from Public Health and because of projected rain showers, we have revised our pick-up plan to be a scheduled Drive-Through/Walk-Through.   

Location: 

The location for both is at the rear end of the school at the bus loading zone.   

Drive-Through Procedures:  

When you arrive for your scheduled time slot, please remain in your vehicle and have the following ready: 

• Open Trunk (your child’s items will be placed inside) 
• Hand in your borrowed device, charging cube and cord in a bag labelled with your child’s FIRST and LAST name AND GRADE. 
• Greet your teachers 

Walk-Through Procedures: 

If you are walking, please remain physically distanced from the table and be sure to wear a mask.

Each class has been scheduled according to a 30 minute timeslot.  Please see the schedule below for details.
