Graduation Celebration UPDATE

Graduation will look a little different this year, but that doesn’t mean that your accomplishments will go unnoticed. We are excited to share with you some of the details regarding your graduation.

We will be celebrating with you at the school on

Date: June 22 and 23 outside the front of the school.
Rain Date: June 24

PLEASE BOOK AN APPOINTMENT BY CALLINGTHE SCHOOL. EVERYONE MUST HAVE A SCHEDULED TIME.

Guests: Students can invite 4 guests to come with them

Public Health Guidelines: Everyone who attends this event must follow all protocols: 6m apart, sanitizing and everyone will be wearing their masks and there will be NO congregating on site due to restrictions in place as per the enhanced safety protocols

Parking: Please follow community parking signs on that day. Park away enough from the school to prevent people congregating.

Walk-Thru Graduation: Students and their guests will have 5-8 mins to complete the walk-thru. This will consist of three stations:

Station 1: Complete attestation, sanitize hands, and return HWDSB iPads, cables and cords (if you have these).

Station 2: Pick up grad certificate, any awards, graduation picture (if purchased)

Station 3: A chance to get a picture. This is a contactless walk-thru so staff will not be able to take a picture using your camera. After pictures are done, a graduation lawn sign will be handed out and you will be asked to leave.

Slideshow: a link to our graduation slideshow will be sent out to families prior to the walk-thru.

There is no congregating on site due to restrictions in place as per the enhanced safety protocols.
