Message from the Principal

Hello CB Stirling Community,

 

I just wanted to connect with the CB Stirling community, and let everyone know we are thinking of our students and families during this difficult time.  I hope even with social distancing and lack routine your households are staying healthy and finding new ways to be social, be active and have fun.

 

Here at the Schroeder household, we are managing by using our home gym, lots of dog walks and having family movie night. We are currently working our way through all the Marvel movies.  That said, we have elderly family that we are worried about and checking in with daily.

 

This week, I have connected with all school staff and everyone expressed concern about their students. I know many have reached out, checked in and offered learning support.  Our school staff is amazing and cares deeply about our community.  I am very appreciative of them and their efforts.  I know staff will be continue this effort in the coming days.

 

While there is no expectation for parents and students around Learning from Home, the Ministry of Education, and the HWDSB have provided resources that families can access to continue their learning while schools are closed.
