Reminder to report your child’s vaccines to Public Health
This is a reminder for parents and guardians to review their child’s vaccines with their doctor. Public Health is screening records to ensure children are up to date. Please report all vaccines and vaccination dates by March 8, 2017 to Public Health at 905-540-5250.
