HWDSB to hold French Immersion Information Sessions

Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) is holding three French Immersion Information Sessions for parents considering enrolling their child in French Immersion in Grade 1.

The three information sessions will take place on:

Information Session for A.M. Cunningham and Glen Echo parents
6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 3, at A.M. Cunningham (100 Wexford Ave. S., Hamilton)

Information Session for Norwood Park, Lawfield, Michaelle Jean and Fessenden parents

6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, at Norwood Park (165 Terrace Drive, Hamilton)

Information Session for Dundana, Guy Brown, Earl Kitchener and Cootes Paradise parents
6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, at Dundana (23 Dundana Ave., Dundas)

HWDSB offers French Immersion for students beginning in Grade 1 at specific schools. Parents can find their local French Immersion school, by visiting www.hwdsb.on.ca/find. Registration for the French Immersion program begins on Monday, February 1, 2016.
