Hamilton Foundation for Student Success is Recruiting for Directors

The Hamilton Foundation for Student Success (HFSS) raises funds to help studentsHFSS - Join the Board of Directors facing extraordinary or emergency financial obstacles during their education journey, enhance extra-curricular programming within HWDSB schools, and secure scholarship and student awards.

HFSS is currently seeking a caring, committed, and generous individual to serve as a volunteer on the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Foundation for Student Success for 2022-2025 (a 3-year term). Directors will be required to act as Chair, Vice Chair, and Treasurer. These positions work in collaboration with the Executive Director to plan meetings, set strategic directions, and monitor finances.

All individuals interested in being considered for a volunteer Director position on the Hamilton Foundation for Student Success Board of Directors are required to submit a completed Nomination Package. All Nomination Packages will be reviewed by the Governance Committee (a committee of the Board of Directors). Viable candidates may be asked to participate in an interview with members of the Governance Committee.

The deadline for submission of the Nomination Package is Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
