Glendale Students Debut ‘Rise Up – A Pandemic Concert of Hope’
HWDSB Program of the Arts/Glendale Arts students have been hard at work all year long and they are ready to share their creations with the community.
‘Rise Up – A Pandemic Concert of Hope’ comes just in time for Education Week and Mental Health Week. The virtual concert gives students an opportunity to display their learning while also touching upon themes of well-being.

“HWDSB Programs of the Arts at Glendale/Glendale Arts presents a concert of class projects from a pandemic year. Our Choir, Contemporary Music, Dance, Drama, Instrumental Music, Media, Orchestra, Visual and Vocal students wanted to show that the Arts are so important right now & creativity and beauty can still exist at this time.”
