Fire Drill Information

BG Families,

Every year, school communities are required to engage in a number of Secure Schools drills to ensure all students and staff understand how to participate in the case of an emergency situation.

We hold 6 fire drills each year, 3 in the fall, 3 in the spring.

This week, we will engage in our first spring Fire Drill.  Our fire drill is scheduled for Thursday, June 1, 2023 (weather permitting).  Whole school information will be shared with students about the drill over the announcements and educators in classrooms work with students to prepare them for classroom-specific procedures.

Our remaining two fire drills will be unannounced and will follow in the next few weeks.
