Prime Minister Award for Teaching Excellence – Certificate of Achievement

HWDSB’s very own Tish Jeffrey has been recognized with the Prime Minister Award for Teaching Excellence – Certificate of Achievement. Teaching Excellence Awards recipients are honoured for their remarkable achievements in education and for their commitment to preparing youth for a digital and innovation-based economy.

Ms. Jeffrey has been a teacher coach, Athletics supporter, leader, change driver, and advocate for students and student athletes across the HWDSB system.  Through her teaching and coaching career, Ms. Jeffrey has coached over 150 teams, and focuses on equity and empowerment for all students.
