Cold Alert for January 14, 2022

The Medical Officer of Health for the City of Hamilton has issued a Cold Alert beginning tonight (January 14, 2022). This will stay in effect until it is cancelled. A Cold Alert is issued when current or anticipated weather conditions are at or below -15C or -20C with wind chill. HWDSB supports the City of Hamilton recommendation that individuals stay inside when the temperature is at or below -15C or -20C with wind chill. Learn more about Severe Weather at HWDSB.
