The Teacher Performance Appraisal (TPA) takes place once every 5 years for teachers. This is a Ministry of Education mandated process and involves not only classroom vists but also evidence of ongoing professional development and growth. These resources have been created to help staff prepare for the Teacher Performance Appraisal. Each video runs between 2 - 10 minutes.
