Please Join Us . . .
On Wednesday, May 09, families and students of Sir William Osler are invited to join us for “Ways to Wellness Night”. There will be four fun-filled stations focussing on one of the five ways to well being. The ways are in brackets:
- Microbits – Coding (keep learning)
- Yoga – Moksha Yoga (take notice)
- Art (be creative and play)
- New Games in the gym or outside (be active)
- Plus a chance to connect (connect)
