Please Join Us . . .

On Wednesday, May 09, families and students of Sir William Osler are invited to join us for “Ways to Wellness Night”.  There will be four fun-filled stations focussing on one of the five ways to well being.  The ways are in brackets:

  1. Microbits – Coding (keep learning)
  2. Yoga – Moksha Yoga (take notice)
  3. Art (be creative and play)
  4. New Games in the gym or outside (be active)
  • Plus a chance to connect (connect)
WHEN: Wednesday, May 09 – 5:00 – 6:30pm
WHO: students and families are invited to attend
WHERE: Sir William Osler
WHY: The fifth way to well being is CONNECT and all the above activities do this.
