February 27 Immunization Clinic
Public Health Notice
Attention all students born in 2001, 2002, and 2003 who have received a letter from Public Health notifying them of missing vaccines.
On February 27th, 2018 a catch-up vaccine clinic will be held at Sherwood Secondary School in the Cafeteria.
However, the goal is to have your vaccines up-to-date before our school clinic.
Please see your doctor for missing vaccinations and report your vaccinations to Public Health at 905-540-5250 or Fax to 905-546-4841.
