Vehicle Repair Form

Terms:

Vehicles must be covered by a valid insurance policy (public liability and property damage)

While the utmost care will be taken with your vehicle the owner assumes all responsibility for damage to vehicles

All work will be performed by students under the supervision of a qualified teacher (Class A Licensed Service Technician)

All parts must be paid in advance (or within 3 days of the repair as per pre-arrangement)

All vehicles must be roadworthy before leaving the premises
