HWDSB String Instruction Program (Violin, Cello)

Today, Grade 3-6 students enjoyed lively presentations in their classrooms from our HWDSB Strings Teacher, Paul Barna. The Strings Program has a nearly 50 year history within the HWDSB and has inspired many students over the years to embrace music as a personal passion or as career.

Read about the HWDSB String Instruction Program. It is a very affordable, fee-based experience that provides a violin or cello for as long as a student is enrolled in the program. Students have the option of private instruction or group instruction (5 students max.), and a student orchestra.

Students are bringing home registration forms, but families can also register online.
