Before and After-School Survey 2018-2019

Before and after-school child care programs provide children with more opportunities to learn and grow. Not-for-profit agencies already operate many of these programs in HWDSB schools, for children in Kindergarten to Grade 6. To see if there is enough interest to offer more programs, we ask families to please complete the following survey.
