School Council Nomination Forms/Election Information

Nomination forms will be sent home in backpacks on Monday September 24th for school council executive positions for the 2018-2019 school year, such as Chair/Co-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.  If interested, please return the nomination form to the school by Monday October 1st, 2018.  Information on candidates will be shared via the school website on October 2nd, 2018.  The election will take place on Thursday October 11th by secret ballot in the office and voters must be present at the school between 8:30am to 6:30pm to vote.  All eligible voters are entitled to cast one vote for each of the candidate positions.  If the number of candidates is less than or equal to the number of positions, the candidates shall be acclaimed.  If you have questions regarding the process, please contact the office.
