Out of Catchment Applications for 2019-2020 School Year Now Open

Hello Community,

We are now accepting applications of out of catchment students for the 2019-2020 school year.  This includes students who wish to enrol in our Mohawk as a Second Language program.  Applications are available at the office.  These are some dates to be aware of.

Week of January 28, 2019 OOC process including applications and a list of closed/open schools to be posted on HWDSB website.

February 22, 2019 by 4:00 p.m. Due date for OOC applications for start of school year consideration.
NOTE: applications may be received after this date but will not be reviewed until the week of September 16, 2019

February 25, 2019 to March 7, 2019, Decision made by principals in consultation with SOSA on OOC applications

March 8, 2019 by 4:00 p.m. Due date for notification to families of decisions
