Beginning on July 1, 2012, Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board will not accept cash as payment for the rental of our facilities.
Payment can be made to Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board by the following methods: money order, cheque, or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
Please note that we also do not accept debit for payment.

Thank you for your request for use of space in a Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board facility. Please note that currently the eBase software will not calculate an estimate of the cost of your permit. Once your facility use request has been submitted, the associated costs and any subsidy will be calculated by our Rentals Administrators and applied to the final permit.
