Students are entitled to:

  • A safe learning environment
  • Beneficial learning experiences and appropriate courses of study
  • Assistance in making educational, personal and career decisions
  • Extra help from teachers at mutually agreed times
  • Consistent and fair discipline
  • Explanations for any disciplinary procedures administered
  • Properly monitored tests and exams
  • Be treated in a manner that reflects respect and courtesy for each individual

Staff Rights

Staff are entitled to:

  • A safe working environment
  • Be treated in a manner which reflects respect and courtesy
  • Leadership and support by school administration
  • Consistent and fair discipline
  • Working conditions which are conducive to the teaching/learning process

Parents' Rights

Parents are entitled to:

  • Be welcomed at the school
  • Receive accurate feedback regarding progress of non-adult students
