Ready to shoot some movies? Join Parkside Media
Club – open to all students. Media Club runs from October
to May.
Students produce short videos, watch movies,
participate in critiques. Selected videos will enter Parkside
Film Festival which usually runs at the end of May and is
open to an audience. Although the focus of this festival is
the creative experience itself, an adjudicator recognizes
the achievement of the students with the presentation of awards.
Students are encouraged to enter variety of
film festivals.

Students are participating in HWSB ‘Student Success
Film Festival – Unlock Your Future’.
2006
International Film Festival for children– ‘Sprokets’
Great success for Daegan McNeaney and Kyle Gray, producers
of short movie ‘Black Shoes’ that placed in top
10 best movies . ‘Black Shoes’ was screened for
public in Toronto for a week.
