Results of Lead Water Testing

Dear Parents, Guardians and Caregivers,

Recently, our school underwent annual water testing for lead, in accordance with the provincial regulations (O.Reg 243/07).

As a result of this testing, concerns were identified with the fountain on the sink in classroom 132. As an extra precaution, we are temporarily removing this water fixture from service.

Although we are not required to remove the fixture from service, HWDSB has elected to do so as an extra precaution.
