Vision Clinic

Vision Works will be testing vision for our students.  The forms have went home in April and due to inclement weather the vision clinic was rescheduled.  Testing will be continuing TOMORROW until all students that have forms have been tested.  Please find the permission form here HWDSB Vision Works – 2017-2018 Consent.

Fill out the form and send into the office tomorrow Thursday June 7th.
