Emergency Closure Procedures

 

During bad weather please listen to the radio for bus cancellations and/or school closures by the Hamilton/Wentworth District School Board. Decide if you wish to send your child in bad weather if the schools are not closed as yet.

 

Schools may also be closed during the day for reasons such as power failure or water cut-offs.

 

The schools will attempt to call each parent prior to dismissing the student. Please be sure to notify us immediately of any changes in phone numbers. DO NOT call the school as we need the lines free to call parents.

 

The Children’s Center daycare and after school program will be cancelled when the school id closed so it is Not available for your child.
